Meet Robert K. Marchese, Esq.
Robert Marchese has been practicing law for over the past three decades. Since 1994, Attorney Marchese opened offices in Red Bank, New Jersey, and Staten Island, New York, focusing on different areas of law including real estate (residential + commercial), civil litigation, personal injury, wills + estates, and business formations.

Robert is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and United States Supreme Courts, United States Attorney for the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and sat on The United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits in New Jersey.
​
He also received a B.A. from Fordham University in 1984, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1987.

Robert currently resides in Fair Haven, New Jersey with his wife Lisa and two children. He also speaks Italian.
